Athletics at Notre Dame exist to help students develop their motor skills, cooperative skills, and life skills. The emphasis is on teaching students the basic skills needed to play the game and the rules of the game. The emphasis is on team work and having fun. All qualified Notre Dame students may try out for athletic teams. No student will be cut. Every effort will be made to provide a significant learning and playing opportunity for each student who desires to play. Students will be placed on teams by the athletic directors in accord with the student's ability. Each student must have significant playing time.
The decision of the Athletic Directors is final. The principal will not intervene unless the decision is determined to be arbitrary.
All coaches are volunteers. Please give them your support. All coaches undergo fingerprinting and/or background checks.

If you are interested in coaching, please pick up a "Coaching Interest Questionnaire" from the office, complete and place in our box in the office. Per the Archdiocese, all coaches must have a background check done and complete the "Safe Environment Training". For a listing of upcoming trainings, please check the Denver Archdiocese Website.
We are currently taking orders for the 8th grade hoodies and athletic department wear. All embroidered items will have the new ND logo, don't miss the chance to order your favorite items today. All orders are due by Wednesday, September 16th.
